Educational Program Assessment
iIMS partnered with the Blackboard Team to assess and provide recommendations for USM's Teacher Education Program. The focal points of this project included enrolment management, marketing, course scheduling, and financial management. iIMS focused on assessing and creating online strategies for USM that would provide for a student-friendly, professional, and sustainable Internet platform. Working with departments across the university, iIMS was able to bridge gaps and get approvals for necessary improvements. As well, iIMS was part of a think-tank related to higher education consulting for value-added technology programs. The outcome of this project propelled the USM Teacher Education Program to new heights of excellence.

Internationalization
iIMS successfully conducted an assessment and audit of the international enrolment management function at Redeemer. An assessment of process, procedures, personnel, programs, student services, recruitment, marketing, and university cultural proficiency/awareness was successfully completed in the Spring of 2011. The second mandate for this initiative includes iIMS providing recommendations for the "internationalization" of Redeemer's campus - impacting all areas of operation to ensure that robust pools of international student prospects are realized and sustained.

Global Education Specialist
Kent Warkentin, President of iIMS, was on the  The Chance Foundation Board as "Global Education Specialist" and assisted The Chance Foundation to acquire new international partnerships and opportunities for outstanding young people from the Bahamas who needed a "chance" for an education and a better opportunity for a life of meaning.

Strategic Planning
iIMS assisted NCCS with the development of a comprehensive and visionary strategic plan. After an assessment period which included interviews with a variety of constituencies, five days were spent with the Headmaster to assist with vision/mission/core values direction. A Strategic Plan template provided by iIMS was used by the Headmaster and Board Strategic Planning Committee to pull the overall plan together. The strategic plan led the school to increased enrolments, a new governance model, and a future capital campaign - all propelling them to new levels of excellence.

Internationalization
iIMS conducted an assessment of the international admissions program at Roberts.  This assessment was a college-wide program and resulted in a comprehensive International Enrollment Management Recommendation Report.  Following the report delivery, iIMS provided ongoing recruitment strategies, field training (accompanying and training the admissions staff in several Asian countries), MOU training leading to solidified university partners in Asia, developed two pathway programs in South Korea and China, and negotiated agent partner contracts with more than 20 different top world agencies throughout Asia.

Internationalization
iIMS conducted an institutional international education assessment. After the assessment was completed, recommendations were delivered. iIMS then completed a strategic and multi-layered international recruitment strategy and marketing campaign. Specific work was done on all hard copy marketing materials, web site, admissions packets, residential program policies & procedures, and admissions policies. Administration and admissions staff members were trained on all areas related to international enrollment management, including cultural proficiency, agent management, inquiry pool acquisition & communication, and visa processing. iIMS has been retained to make specific and strategic introductions to agent partners and assist with strategic education fairs throughout Asia, Europe and Mexico in 2010-2011.  As well, iIMS continues to consult on ESL and special programming for international students.  The results of this initiative to-date have been outstanding.

Strategic Planning, School Assessment, Governance, Growth Planning, Internationalization & Leadership Coaching
Following a full school health assessment, iIMS delivered a recommendation and implementation report.  Following this process with the school staff, administration, and board of directors, iIMS facilitated a SWOT analysis and full strategic planning process.  Once the strategic plan was delivered in full, Sussex Christian School (SCS) developed an internationalization strategy and re-branding strategy based on their current needs. New logos and colour schemes were developed, new hard and soft copy marketing materials were developed, a complete web site re-launch was performed, and local/international recruitment strategies were developed and initiated.  A summer and winter short-term ESL program was developed and marketing materials finalized.  iIMS also assisted SCS in a several smaller capital campaigns and lead them to success in exceeding their goals.  SCS was then introduced to several international recruitment markets and trained on how to recruit students through education fairs, already-proven agents, seminars, alumni relations and parent associations.  This work is ongoing.

Strategic Planning, School Assessment, Governance, Growth Planning, Internationalization & Leadership Coaching
iIMS worked with Fredericton Christian Academy (FCA) to develop a strategic plan that would take them into the next five years with confidence and a creative edge. This plan was unique to their needs and allowed them to leverage relationships and successes as they attempted to grow and move into a new facility.  As well, iIMS worked to internationalize FCA - focusing on hard copy marketing materials, website, admissions packets, residential program policies & procedures, and admissions policies. The Principal and admissions staff members were trained in all areas related to international enrolment management, including cultural proficiency, agent management, inquiry pool acquisition & communication, and visa processing.
